Haydn Zeis is a seasoned real estate investor, operator, and syndicator with a proven track record in identifying, acquiring, and managing high-performing commercial properties. Over the course of his career, Haydn has transacted more than $100 million in real estate, with approximately $75 million as a sponsoring general partner. His portfolio spans industrial, flex, office, and mixed-use assets across multiple markets, with a consistent focus on value-add strategies that drive investor returns. After earning his degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Haydn began his career in sales and marketing before transitioning to real estate full-time. Early on, he developed expertise in leasing and property management, working directly with tenants, contractors, and brokers to optimize occupancy and control expenses. This hands-on operational experience gave him the foundation to structure and execute complex investment deals balancing strategic vision with disciplined financial oversight. In his role as co founder and principal of Lonicera, Haydn leads the acquisition, financing, and asset management of a diverse portfolio. He is deeply involved in every stage of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing off-market opportunities to negotiating purchase agreements, securing capital, overseeing renovations, and managing leasing strategies. His leadership style emphasizes transparency with investors, rigorous underwriting, and proactive asset management to protect and grow capital. Beyond his direct investments, Haydn is experienced in creative deal structuring, including 1031 exchanges, seller financing arrangements, preferred equity, and multi-property syndications. He maintains strong relationships with lenders, equity partners, and brokers across the Midwest, enabling him to identify and act quickly on emerging opportunities. Haydn resides in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife, Colleen, and their three children, Liliana, Mac, and Shepherd. Outside of work, he enjoys distance running, cycling, golf, and lake life with his family, and he approaches both business and life with the same competitive energy that drives his professional success.

Kelley Treon has over 30 years of experience advising businesses and individuals in the areas of investment planning, taxation, succession and estate planning, business internal controls and financial process documentation and design. After earning a Bachelors in Business Administration from Ohio State University in 1988, Kelley began her career at Price Waterhouse as an auditor. She spent seven years serving a diverse client base in industries ranging from consumer products, chemicals, food, automotive components, retailers and mortgage banking. Kelley left Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager and spent the next three years at Borden, Inc., a Fortune 50 multinational firm, which had just been acquired by the private equity firm of Kohlberg, Kravitz and Roberts. While at Borden, she served as Director of Internal Audit then Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In her role as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, she led the team responsible for creating the analysis and financial reporting to executive management, the Board of Directors and the Investors. She also supported the M&A function, providing financial analysis and assessing financial controls on several due diligence teams. In 1998, Kelley left Borden to join her Father in his public accounting practice. They practiced together until his retirement 2004. Kelley continued the practice offering a full range of services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals including tax return preparation, income and estate tax planning, accounting and other management advisory services. Her interest in real estate was sparked by several clients who are successful real estate investors. She began to energetically pursue this interest at the start of 2018. Currently, She owns and manages her own commercial property portfolio as well as acting as a principal for Lonicera Management LLC. Kelley is married to Todd Treon and has two children, Megan 26 and Alexander 21. Her favorite hobby is being a Jazzercise instructor.
