Haydn Zeis is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of success in investment, leasing, and property management. Over his career, Haydn has transacted more than $100 million in real estate, with approximately $75 million as a sponsoring general partner. His expertise includes identifying lucrative investment opportunities, overseeing acquisitions, executing leasing operations, and managing a diverse portfolio of properties to deliver strong returns for investors.  

 

Haydn brings a hands-on approach to deal structuring, property management, and investor relations, ensuring profitability and long-term value creation. A graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where he earned a degree in Marketing, Haydn combines strategic business acumen with deep industry insight to capitalize on opportunities in an ever-evolving market.  

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Haydn resides in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife, Colleen, and their three children, Liliana, Mac, and Shepherd.
