Our Fund specialize in owning commercial properties that create steady cash flow while utilizing multiple concepts such as office sharing, seller lease back, and traditional office rentals. 

Office sharing is a concept that allows small businesses to lease individual offices within an attractive office suite. An office suite may have 10 offices with 10 different renters. The leases are all inclusive and are reasonably prices. Our office space lease rates range from $400-$950 per month.

Seller lease back is much like it sounds, Lonicera Real Estate Investment Fund acquires buildings that are owner occupied and leases it back to the current owner, who will now be the tenant. This allows a company to utilize the equity that is in their property, by investing it into other parts of the business.

 

Lonicera looks for properties that have attractive curb appeal, easy access to highways and convenience to the suburbs. Additionally, we strive to find diverse tenant industries to add to our portfolio.
