Haydn graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with an undergraduate degree from the Fisher College of Business in Marketing. Haydn went on to receive his Ohio real estate salesperson license in 2014 and his Ohio real estate broker license in 2020.
After college graduation Haydn accepted a position with a fortune 500 company which moved him to Los Angeles, California. There he was responsible for increasing distribution retail consumer packaged goods. After having been recruited by a commercial printing company Haydn spent 3 years working with corporate marketing departments throughout the country perfecting their marketing collateral.
Having originally received his real estate license for investing purposes, Haydn developed a passion for real estate. Haydn’s experience with flipping houses, purchasing commercial and residential investment properties, and leasing negotiations for corporate retail has fueled his desire to invest in real estate full-time.
Haydn now lives in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife Colleen and daughter Liliana. Working closely with Shawn and Kelley in search for new opportunities for Lonicera.

Shawn F. Parker a life long resident of beautiful Columbus, Graduated from The Ohio State University (1987) with an undergraduate degree in secondary education.
Shawn received both his salesperson (1994) and Real Estate Broker’s (2008) licensure through Hondros College. Shawn is licensed to practice by the state of Florida as well.
Shawn has completed graduate level classes through Ohio States’ Fisher College of business in Finance, Business Law, and Marketing.
Shawn was appointed as Receiver to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in 2008 Simultaneously by the Hon. Judge Richard Sheward, Hon. Judge Frye, Hon. Judge Richard Schneider, and Hon. Judge Kimberly Cocroft. Shawn also has recently accepted an appointment with the Stark County Ohio court to serve the northeast portion of Ohio as well. Shawn also is an active Receiver for the Union County Court of Common Pleas.
Previously Shawn worked for Borden, Nestle SA, and Eastman Kodak before becoming a Broker in the consumer products industry. Simultaneously, the groundwork was being laid for the Parker Realty Associates network of companies, to assist private and institutional clients in portfolio strategy and management.
Shawn and his family have resided in Dublin Ohio for approx. 15 years. Shawn is an active Volunteer with the Delta Chi housing Corp, the Knights of Columbus, St. Brigid elementary school, and the Boy Scouts of America, where he was the recipient in 2009 of the “Bridge builder Award” for distinguished service.

Kelley Treon is a Certified a Public Accountant with 30 years of experience advising businesses and individuals in the areas of investment planning, taxation, Succession and estate planning, business internal controls and financial process documentation and design.
After earning a Bachelors in Business Administration from Ohio State University in 1988, Kelley began her career at Price Waterhouse as an auditor. She spent seven years serving a diverse client base in industries ranging from consumer products, chemicals, food, automotive components, retailers and mortgage banking.
Kelley left Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager and spent the next three years at Borden, Inc., a Fortune 50 multinational firm, which had just been acquired by the private equity firm of Kohlberg, Kravitz and Roberts. While at Borden, she served as Director of Internal Audit then Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In her role as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, she led the team responsible for creating the analysis and financial reporting to executive management, the Board of Directors and the Investors. She also supported the M&A function, providing financial analysis and assessing financial controls on several due diligence teams.
In 1998, Kelley left Borden to join her Father in his public accounting practice. They practiced together until his retirement 2004. Kelley continued the practice offering a full range of services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals including tax return preparation, income and estate tax planning, accounting and other management advisory services.
Her interest in real estate was sparked by several clients who are successful real estate investors.
She began to energetically pursue this interest at the start of 2018. Currently, She owns and manages her own commercial property portfolio as well as acting as a principal for Lonicera Management LLC.
Kelley is a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She is an active volunteer at the Ohio Benefits Bank, Bishop Hartley High School, Faith Mission, and Catholic Social Services-Meals on Wheels. Her favorite hobby is being a Jazzercise instructor.
